Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use WARPANEL at warpanel.gg, its server websites and its API ("WARPANEL", "we", "us"). By using WARPANEL you agree to them; if you don't, please don't use it. How we handle personal data is in our Privacy Policy.

01 What WARPANEL is

WARPANEL is an admin panel for WARDOGS community servers: live view, moderation, rules, Discord tools, analytics and server websites. It is made by the team behind WARDOGS Tracker. It is free to use, with optional paid plans (Premium and Pro). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to BULKHEAD, Team17, Valve or the makers of WARDOGS; their names and game images belong to their owners and are used only to describe the game.

02 Your account and your team

  • You sign in with your own Steam account. You must be old enough to use Steam where you live, and at least 13.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you add to your team. Give roles carefully: a team member can act on your server within their role.
  • Don't share your sign-in, RCON password or API keys, and tell us if you think they leaked.

03 Your server and its players

  • Only connect servers you own or are allowed to administer, with RCON details you are allowed to use.
  • You decide how your server is run: its rules, and every kick, ban, message and move your team makes. Follow the game's own rules for server hosts.
  • WARPANEL stores data about the players on your server (see the Privacy Policy). Use it only to run and moderate your server, and let your players know your server uses WARPANEL — for example in your server's rules or website.

04 Websites and content

You keep ownership of what you add — websites, texts, images, rules and messages. You give us a free, worldwide licence to host and show it in WARPANEL, on your server's website, in Discord and in link previews, for as long as it's there. Don't add anything that:

  • is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or violent towards real people;
  • shares someone else's personal information or pretends to be another player, server or company;
  • is spam or links to malware, phishing or scams;
  • promotes cheats, exploits or account selling, or breaks the game's rules;
  • infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.

Custom code on your website must not harm or mislead visitors, collect their personal data, mine cryptocurrency or try to get around WARPANEL's sandbox. We can remove content or pages that break these rules.

05 Premium and Pro

  • Prices are shown on the pricing page and include VAT. Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time in Billing. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you paid for. We don't refund partly used periods.
  • Pro's introductory price applies once per owner, to a monthly plan, for the months shown.
  • If we change a price, we'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
  • When a plan ends, the features beyond the Free plan stop; your servers stay on the Free plan.
  • If you live in the EU, nothing here limits the rights consumer law gives you.

06 Supporter payments

Owners can sell supporter perks to their players. The owner is the seller: they decide the perks, deliver them and handle their own taxes. Payments run through the owner's own Stripe account under Stripe's terms. WARDOGS Tracker keeps a fee of 3 % (1 % with Premium or Pro); Stripe's card fees come on top.

07 API, AI connector and Discord bot

Keep your API keys secret and stay within reasonable request rates. If you connect your own AI app or Discord bot, you're responsible for what it does through WARPANEL, and its provider's terms apply too. We may limit, change or stop these features.

08 Acceptable use

  • Don't attack, overload, probe or try to break WARPANEL, or get around limits, plans or access rules.
  • Don't use WARPANEL against servers or players you have no right to manage.
  • Don't scrape WARPANEL at scale — use the API instead.
  • Don't resell WARPANEL or access to it without our permission.

09 No warranty

WARPANEL is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it online and correct, but the game and its RCON can change at any time, so we can't promise that every feature, number or command always works.

10 Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits, or what happens on your server because of commands sent through WARPANEL. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

11 Suspension and ending

You can unlink your servers and stop using WARPANEL at any time. We may suspend or close accounts, servers or websites that break these terms.

12 Changes

We may change these terms as WARPANEL changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using WARPANEL after a change, the new terms apply.

13 Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer laws and can bring claims in your local courts.
